I actually got milk from pumping.. now when I pump, I have to manually express it out after .. So I contacted them.. and let them know.. that I changed all the parts.. horns.. and still have the same results.. even now that Im using Domperidone.<br><br>So the lady said I needed my receipt.. so I found it.   So I faxed them my receipt.. and gave them the SA number from my base of my APY.. they are sending me a brand new one.. and they will send someone to pick up my old one.. no charge.  Now that is service!! This was the reason I bought this product,excellent customer service and no issues with bacteria getting in the tubes.   I went on the internet and everyone said they had great customer service so I wanted to state, it is true.. Im so happy.. they said I should receive it in two days.  I wish all companies had service like this.<br>";
